Return Policy

At Snow White's Rescue Cottage, we stand by the quality of our Enchanted Seed Mix. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to offer returns/refund within 14 days of receipt, as verified by the tracking number.

Eligible Returns:

• Shipping damage (e.g., bags arriving open or broken)
• Unsealed packaging (e.g., bag arrives without a proper seal)
• Issues with product quality/any sanitary concerns (while exceedingly unlikely, we take these matters seriously)

Please note: Returns are not accepted for issues related to personal pet preferences, such as your pet disliking the formula or certain ingredients.
